Traffic Control Requests On Mobile App

Traffic control requests are only for those issues that do NOT require an immediate public safety response. Issues such as a traffic collision, vehicle/object in the roadway, inoperable traffic signal, etc., should be reported directed to the Police Department’s non-emergency phone line, (714) 754-5255 or the 911 emergency line as appropriate. Traffic control requests will be assigned for a response generally within 24 hours.
